· Instruct and mentor students in International Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) certification exam preparation, in group or individually.
· Design and formulate lesson plans, curriculum content and teaching methodologies.
· Regularly assess, grade and score students' performance.
· Oversee schedules and objectives, track and analyze students' progress.
Master in Medical Laboratory Science and 3 years clinical laboratory experience involving immunohematology, chemistry, hematology and microbiology, or Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Science and 5 years clinical laboratory experience involving immunohematology, chemistry, hematology and microbiology. Must have passed all the MLS or International MLS certification exams or hold the MLS or International MLS certification.
